What are your delivery charges?

Our cost of delivery will follow Royal Mail Parcel cost which covers packing and postage, with orders over £30.00 qualifying for free standard delivery. All delivery charges will be shown at checkout, before and after confirmation of your order.

When do you deliver?

The delivery time will follow Royal Mail Parcel option you choose from.


You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Before you return you items, please contact us first and email a photo of each item you want to refund at

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 25 days after delivery


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We will not be able to replace most of our items, as most of them are unique and we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to ask if the same item is in stock first.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping over £50, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
